More baby stuff

After being home all day on Thursday, Lindsay felt like doing something in the evening. So we went to dinner and then did some shopping. We only intended to maybe get a couple of books at Half Price Books, but ended up finding some other great buys. This was the trip that we found the shirt that matches mine. At the book store, we found three books, pictured below. For those of you that are unsure of the names of different mealtime objects, the first book may be useful.

After the bookstore we went to USA Baby, a store we like to browse but not buy because it's usually too pricey. As luck would have it, they were having a sale! So we bought the crib bedding we had been eyeing. (here is a link with better pictures of the bedding, feel free to buy us any of the accessories) But now we needed a mattress to put in the crib to put the sheet on. So our next stop was Babies R Us to get a crib mattress. The one we got is good because you can flip it over and it is a toddler bed mattress on the other side. Most of you probably knew this, but I didn't realize there would even be a different. Babies need a hard mattress and then it can be a little softer for a toddler.

It turned out to be quite a productive night.
